Simple Live View
Creates a simple live view page without web login and will get an encrypted URL, by querying GET to
/live/:deviceid(@chs)/:username/:UPPERCASE(SHA-256(password)).

with username and password

If view specific channel, use deviceid@chs.
chs is a decimal number that bitN = channel N.
ex 5 = 0b00000101 = watch channel 1 and 3.
Get https://www.ventracloud.com/live/VG000032@5/ventra/6B418504D86ECB496F3BBECC6172A6EF9CA2407724DA81E0DC751B7E3ACBC463
and you will get a URL of simple live view page.
