Device local mp4 playback download
The playback mp4 download that matches the given device ID and timestamp. Get device local mp4 playback
download by querying GET to
/dlplayback/:deviceid(@chs)/:duration/:timestamp/:username/:password/:fileName with
an Ventra API
account using deviceid(@chs), username, password,
duration and timeStamp. When
querying the GET method to
/dlplayback/:deviceid(@chs)/:duration/:timestamp/:username/:password/:fileName.

If viewing specific channel, use deviceid@chs.chs is decimal number that bitN =
channel N. channel1 = 0b1, channel2 = 0b10, channel = 0b100. This page only allows one
channel playback download.
